Teaching and testifying in French to a spell-bound group of over 100 missionaries in the DRC Kinshasa Mission, Elder Neil L. Andersen joined members of the Area Presidency, Elder Carl B. Cook, and Elder Kevin S. Hamilton and their wives. Also present were the faithful mission president, President Baehrel, and his wife.
Elder Andersen concluded his remarks with a witness of Christ and an apostolic blessing. He expressed his deep gratitude to be in DRC with the saints and missionaries, stating:
“Thank you, the missionaries of Christ… I love you, but more than that, Christ loves you!”
“You can become stronger on your mission and prepare better for your life ahead, and to bless your family. I bless you that you will. I bless you that you will kneel with me one day in front of Christ and I will say - “yes” we were there together in Kinshasa on that special day.”
